I remember in the early days of Onboarding being rolled out across organisations, it was all because of discretionary effort. There&#039;s two more words which aren&#039;t very inspiring!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Hey Sukh - you know me, I get hung up on words. Institutions huh? I think if I referred to my darling Carole, or the lovely Keira, or my friends as institutions - they&#039;d be less than impressed. The dictionary defines institutions thusly:

in·sti·tu·tion/ˌinstiˈt(y)o͞oSHən/
Noun:	
A society or organization founded for a religious, educational, social, or similar purpose.
An organization providing residential care for people with special needs.

I dialled out the word institution and opted for association instead. It wasn&#039;t wonderful but it helped me get a generally more positive vibe going as I read on.]]></description>
