Work, routine, and carrying on

Keep Calm and Carry On.

So very British.

And yet, so very sage.

Recently a few things have come my way which help me see the importance of routine and work.

It’s an age old tale. Be normal.

What is normal? It’s doing what the person sitting next to you looks like they’re doing right now.

Why is it important? Because it helps give us stability.

Why is that important? Because it helps us to know we are achieving things.

Why do we need to achieve things? Because we all have things in our life we want to either maintain, build, or create.

How do we carry on? By doing normal things.

What does normal mean? It means we achieve things.
