Things that don’t exist but are important

The weather doesn’t exist. But there are things we can observe, measure and collect data on that tell us what the weather is like.

Engagement doesn’t exist. There are things we can influence, observe and ask questions about which tell us if someone is engaged.

Wellbeing doesn’t exist. We can choose actions, learn more about personal health (psychological, physical and spiritual) which help us know if our wellbeing is at its best.

Just something to think about.
